It's a beautiful place, but it's absurd to be charged for an extra amount when I have seen others around with the same amount of vehicles. Not only that Cathy switches her mind like crazy. I would highly recommend recording when around her as she switches up her story constantly. It's a beautiful place but an toxic environment especially when they have favorites and you will see eventually who does and does not need to follow the rules. She is very rude sometimes for no reason as well. I would recommend staying away. From this place if you don't want to deal with management cathy!!!!!!!!!

First stay was for a month. Love it. Spacious sites, clean, and great view! Even got recommended a great mobile repair guy who was awesome. I've stayed in two other places in the area, This one is my favorite so far.

What an awesome place! We stayed here for about 3 months! Everything is excellent here, great views, silent, voice of natural environment, and so forth! I also appreciate stuffs who care about every customer's safe and help each other out! Here is a few words; I highly recommend this place to everyone, but do not judge this place by what others say! We sometimes misunderstand each other. When it comes to management, take some time to get along with their sense of humor! Especially Kathy is such an energetic, and proactive manager!

I stayed at Sedona Views for 10 months. It does have amazing views… and sometimes you wake up in the clouds !! Kathy and her staff are awesome. I would have given 4.5 stars if able. I ride mountain bikes and dirt bikes so having trails that lead right up to the fence is awesome. Never had an issue with the staff. The coffee available in the office is great…. Unless you drink decaf like I do. Never used the laundry there… just figured that’s a lot of people always trying to do it. Only issues I ever had was 1)when people cut through your site… especially when walking their dogs or going to the dumpster. 2) When the dumpsters are full people still try stuffing more in…. And that usually ends up on the ground. Overall… A very clean, well maintained place. Views can be very nice … especially when there’s snow up in Flagstaff. Short drive to Walmart and also Downtown Cottonwood. Rabbits are around. Coyotes are out at night. Beautiful stargazing area. Mingus Mountain area is a fun play area too !! Nice place to stay for a while !!

Mr. Armel, thank you for your comments. did it occur to you that more 95% of our comments have been positive. They are positive because they come from people who pay their bills on time rather than wait. I do believe this horrible management also helped you chase your dog twice when you failed to put him on a leash and he ran away. The horrible management allowed you to move to site with a beautiful view at the same price you had been paying. By horrible does that mean because we asked you to pay your bill promptly? Yes you are correct, about the shade (it does take time for trees to grow) and we did not have the WIFI or Laundry while you were here, the installation of both will occur November 17.2020. YOU are also correct, PLEASE DON'T COME BACK TO OUR RESORT OR ANYONE THAT CONDUCTS THEMSELVES AS YOU DID.
They are not completely built yet. You have to call for rates. Be warned they will be comparable to other parks in the are despite no facilities at all.
