Just spent two restful nights at the Lux Verde . The room was spotless, my king bed was so comfortable with upscale linens and pillows. The breakfast offered was perfect with an awesome lady Deborah taking pride in making everyone feel special. Being pet friendly is a plus.I highly recommend staying at this hotel in a quiet location minutes away from everything Cottonwood has to offer.

Not a bad place, needs a little freshening up but it was comfortable and quiet. The room ventilation system needs to be upgraded, it didn't work worth a darn, either too cold (set at 76 degrees) or burning hot (even with the setting says 64 degrees). Water pressure was weak, showers were a bit frustrating. Breakfast was good and the server was very friendly. Kinda weird that you check in at the main building and have to drive past a huge parking lot in the back to get to the actual rooms.

Ollie, our check-in clerk, went above and beyond. She walked me out to explain the property layout. And she came out to the pool area in person when we needed assist with the pool gate lock. The breakfast crew was also friendly and attentive. One server was training a new staff member and was extremely friendly and professional to the new person. Staff members seemed very positive and happy to be working with customers. Our room was great too!

It's a really nice place to stay. The people at the front desk are still friendly, they had us laughing the whole time. The only problem that we did have is we did not have a phone in our room they had something wrong with it and they had to get it fixed. Other than that. Was a great time! The rooms were clean the bed was comfortable and everything worked.
