Where and when were these pictures taken??? We only have a restaurant that is open limited days and limited hours!!!! Never have I seen any of the pictures of dishes served. No service. You have to order at bar. The pool is down 60% if the time. Older park models when coming into the entrance are so old and run down, looks like trailer trash

Excellent RV Park, great facilities and location. Staff was very friendly, sites are gravel back in but you have a concrete pad for your vehicle and outdoor items. Make sure you have a 50 foot hose for water.

When you drive through this place, it looks very nice. But once you check in and get settled, you have to travel quite a ways for anything you need. The bar and grill at the golf course was only open one day a week for 2 hours at lunch time. The main pool was not heated for over a month and a half. The computer room was closed they said because of COVID. Come to find out it was because they did not have a monitor, another lie. If you want to play any of the sports like pickle ball, lawn bowling, shuffle board, it is an additional charge. These charges are not mentioned in the welcome packet when you arrive. We left a month early and decided to go to a different resort in Mesa that does not charge you for music at the pool and the pool is always well maintained. I would not waste your money. There are much better resorts available

This is a massive, gated park with guard entrance. The grounds are meticulously maintained. Our site was level, with clean gravel (not the dirty, dusty kind). Our site included a large cement pad to park our tow vehicle on the other side. Full hookups and the wifi antenna was two spaces away from our spot. Wifi was good except during peak evening hours when it slowed down ( but we were still able to stream Roku). The amenities are endless from pickle ball, tennis, golf, fun, saunas, two pools, salon, post office, shuffleboard, library you name it. The pool looks like a Vegas resort with cabanas, a rock waterfall, a huge hot tub with center seating and a beautiful rock fireplace for great ambiance at night. Every time we were at the pool, a gentleman was walking around emptying trash and fixing the lounge chairs and cleaning up. The bathrooms had plenty of showers and were clean and maintained. Everyone was friendly from staff to neighbors (they even give you welcome goodie bags). We have seen and heard many complaints about the keys flying over and being noisy from Luke Air Force base and that is true. They fly during the week and are low, but they are fun to watch and didn’t mind it considering everything else the park had to offer. They get packed so be sure to call ahead and make reservations. One big point is that it is outside the city so there’s not a lot of traffic around the park and it’s easy to get in and out of (yet still convenient to the 101). Plenty of stores and gas stations nearby as well.

It is Roberts Resorts. Then Pueblo El Mirage Then Marti's Corner
We are in an RV so I am not sure . It is a very well maintained park .
They do. But availability may be an issue
That amount is accurate. You are buying the home but renting the land and it's for use of the amenities of the property which are extensive. I've seen them range from 500 to 1000 depending on location.
Call and check with them, I don't know the policy.
I stayed 3 days and it was very expensive - $80 USD per day.
