I stayed 3 days and it was very expensive - $80 USD per day.
Depends on season, after baseball goes north, it is as cheap as anywhere.

We looked at a very nice home on the golf course for sale for $184,000. Owner said the HOA was around $750/month. That seems very high. Is that the norm?
What is the policy if we reserve a space for 3 months and decide a couple of months before arriving, that we only want to stay 2 1/2 months? Do we have to pay the full amount in advance? Would we get a refund for the days we don't stay?
Are there any lots for sale?
