That amount is accurate. You are buying the home but renting the land and it's for use of the amenities of the property which are extensive. I've seen them range from 500 to 1000 depending on location.
Sounds about right, my monthly for a park model in the same park is a little less than $600 per month.
Yes that is normal for any mobile home park as your only purchasing the property that's on that lot
