It took the staff 5 minutes to really even notice me standing right in front of the register, when I made eye contact with one of the employees I asked him "hey so is the dining room open or closed cos the door was unlocked and I've been seen by at least 3 of your coworkers and nobody cared to take my order"(all the self serving kiosks were shut down), when I finally made my order and paid i still waited for 30 minutes for 4 hot n spicys and 2 cheeseburgers, a blue powerade and a iced coffee that was STILL not done as I had asked. I almost walked out, the only thing that kept me there waiting was a hangry wife and the fact that I had already paid.

Told no Ice cream but upon entry as drive thru parked us we watched servers make Mc flurry and Cone. Horrible customer service skills. Ignored at the counter for over 4 minutes. This place needs intervention from upper management.

Every time I come here, I order ahead. Yet I still end up waiting a good 15-20 minutes to receive my food and half of the time it’s typically sitting at the back counter in eyesight. I have to ask the staff if my food is ready and all they do is look at the bag and give me the food. Why couldn’t they just put it on the counter and yell out the order as they do for others? Lazy…

Took my 3 boys for dinner, we walk in waiting to have our order taken, there’s customers in line, they look at us and us the lobby is closed, we have to use the drive-thru, but yet they are waiting on the other customers. Now been sitting in this line for 20 minutes waiting
