I normally place an order on the app and then head out to pick it up. I do this so I can accurately explain the customizations (no mayo, for example) and also apply the best coupon for the order. My biggest complaint here is drive thru has been very slow lately, sometimes sitting in line for 40 minutes. I had another issue recently where they tried to give me someone else's online order, but I caught it and had to wait for my order to be made. The food is normally very good for fast food, I do wish they did a better job of giving me hot fries, because I only live a mile away from this location, and they're typically just barely warm when I get to them.

Getting progressively tired of - at best mediocre food being served by teenagers that don't give a rat's a$s about your service experience, and then charge over $10 for your trouble. This Wendy's is no exception

Managers hate their employees here and every one that worked there seemed upset and lost. My order has been wrong, with no resolution from Wendy's, every time I have tried to eat here. I'll happily go to the nearby pizza hut or gas station with my money since wendys and this establishments management want to price gouge the community for a gross and incorrect meal.

Oh, I am absolutely over this place. I was stupid enough for thinking this place would get better with their products, but after recently ordering from them today and receiving an order I can't eat, I'm officially over it. I tried getting in contact with the store, but it goes to a disconnected signal after ten rings. Usually Fast-Food Orders don't upset me because of their brand, but when you order a Son of Baconator Meal and instead receive a Spicy Chicken that you can't eat because of allergies, you become more than ticked. I spent good money on this food, and I don't even get to eat it because it's not even the right order! On top of this, I didn't even receive a receipt, so it's near impossible to go back to the store and complain because I have no proof of what I'm saying is true. But why would I order a sandwich I can't even eat because of allergies? It's not like this is the first time they've botched my order either, it's just never been this bad. Honestly, save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. With how often they mess up orders, and that NO ONE will pick up their phone, this place is not worth the time. The only good thing I've found it their Corporate, who is assisting me in getting a refund for food I can't even eat. Seriously, any Wendy's besides this one is a good idea.

The only fast food place that I know of that accepts EBT is Jack in the box
