Pick another bank. A scam company was automatically withdrawing money out of my Mom's account for years she's 90 years old. Woodforest bank wants to charge my Mom $35.00 simply to stop future payments. You can't even get it done on line and have to go to the bank to sign papers and pay the money. Customer service is a joke. Policy is a joke. It's my Moms money and she has to jump through hoops and pay money to prevent a company from taking her money
