They know a man who does it cheap. I did the loophole on Facebook. It's good for here as a non Virginia CC and you skip the class after they do back ground check. I grew up shooting as a kid so I went that way. But they do know of people and are great about answering any questions. Anderson the owner is great at helping with any questions
