I am never disappointed when I visit Paul Mendoza at the Service department. (Everyone is super friendly and welcoming) Paul goes above and beyond each visit. He is honest with recommendations and what needs to be done from start to finish. When I'm in a hurry for an oil change, alignment, or any kind of service; Paul is on top of it. I went in to the dealership really just to check out a hard to find used Q60. I wanted to just look and test drive, thats it. Well, ended leaving in a 2022 Q60 straight off the showroom floor and got a great deal. I want to give a big thanks to Miguel (salesperson), he was fantastic great personality and really helpful.
