This company is the worst. We live in an unincorporated area that requires us to pay for weekly waste disposal service and we've been trying to cancel them for over a month. But every time we call, we're told something different about how to cancel . They not only have continued to charge us, they haven't even picked up the dumpster we have. Plus, we were never even given a choice about this service but now they're saying there's a cancellation fee. We never signed a contract so how is this even legal? This company is literally trash !

This company has the worst customer service I have ever dealt with in my entire life. I spoke to a representative because my bill was sent to the homes previous owners and I had no way of accessing it. I then was charged a late fee - that WARE refused to reverse - even though the bill was never sent to my home address! I have countless email support asking for my bill to be sent to my home so I can pay on time - and made numerous attempts to call and get everything straightened out. I spoke to Maria J. who was an absolute nightmare to deal with. Legal teams should get involved with this company ASAP. They have also damaged 2 of my cans in the last month, and are slow to deal with any of this. TERRIBLE company!
