I am very pleased with my experience. I was there a total of about 10 minutes in and out. I have an ear infection that was very easily diagnosed and was prescribed the proper medication. The ladies in the front were so polite and very helpful and resourceful. And the Doctor Who saw me was very quick, efficient and professional. Will be coming back in the future. Thank you!!

Talks with Lills

I absolutely love this urgent care. They always get me in & out and show they actually care to find a solution. I got super sick Monday and unfortunately this one closed so I went to the location in orange. The location in orange was so dismissive of me and told me to take Tylenol and an allergy pill and said I can go back Wednesday. Now it’s Wednesday and I’m 100% worse so I went back to this location. The PA was super nice and tested me for covid and strep and gave me results in 10 minutes. Turns out I have strep and I’m contagious so good thing I didn’t go to work like the location in orange told me too. Now I’m on the right meds to get better. Thanks to everyone here

Staff is very unfriendly, unhelpful and unwelcoming . The environment overall feels very hostile. Patients are paying money out their pockets or copayments if they have insurance. I went to ( OC Urgent Care ) to take the COVID-19 test only because my boss referred me and other 7 coworkers. We all payed cash, so right there, there were $700.00 to this business. If the services were free I would just look down and keep quiet but come on we are paying money that pays their bills so they should be a little more appreciative that people are going there. Definitely not recommending anyone else to go there.
