I worked for 40 years and government get a big chunk out of each of my paycheck and now it s time to retire and have a hard time to even set an appointment with SSA office! what happen to all money I paid for tax and social security? can't they spend some of these money on hiring more staff and have decent service.

I called ahead and made an appointment. The guards were courteous and kind, even to a woman who came in and was very confused. The person who helped me change my name was also very kind and helpful. Be prepared to pay for parking ($4 for me) and pay attention to all the posted signs. You have to use a kiosk just outside of the lobby to pay for parking and scan your ticket to get out of the structure.

In around 340pm on a Wednesday and out by 4:17. Directions: Take the 2nd elevator on the right when you enter the building (which, confusingly, has the name of the property company on it). Exit left from the elevator, walk through the doors straight ahead. Friendly, professional staff (both security and the person behind the counter).

You can call their local number and setup an appointment or you can show up before they open and be seen in 30 minutes max.
You can go in person and fill out an application and turn it in when they call you. Usually wait time is 30 minutes for walk ins. Parking is $4-5 dollars for an hour but I could be wrong here. You want to park in the Visitor Area.
It depends what you are there for but normally showing your driver licence is enough.
I would show up before they open. You'll get seen in 30 minutes. Calling takes too long.
