At the drive thru we were told.. through the drive through speaker.. that they were only doing door dash and online orders. After asking them to explain why they can't take my order right there if they can take online orders, they failed to explain, just said they can't do anything about it and they were too busy and short staffed. So I got the app, and the app told me that they're location was only doing drive through orders. I drove up to the window to see 3 people being too busy to do anything other than standing around talking. This was after getting stuck in the line and between other customers for over an hour. Take the order, your register is right there while you're just standing there running your mouth. This happened again at the Jack and the box down the street. Exactly the same way.

horrible food, horrible service, workers have a nasty rude attitude and cut you off while trying to order. I also paid almost $6 for a order of onion rings and only got 5 onion rings? I asked for 4 ranches and she only handed me 2. I love jack in the box but this location sucks in every way possible

I ordered a number 5 meal… I completely lost my appetite and my money!! I said no onions, they denied all veggies

Waited in line for 30 minutes 20 of the minutes were just to order I ordered a meat and cheese only ultimate cheeseburger with curly fries and a large Dr Pepper get home to find a bun with a slice of cheese never coming to this location again and I called and left my phone number and now I’m getting threatening texts such quality service here
