It takes for ever to get through the drive through lane so i opted to go inside. What a mistake. You order at a kiosk then you give a receipt to some one and wait for them to call your order out. I waited for ever well over 15minutes before some one asked me about my order. I watched people come in order and leave in less than 5 minutes, which was weird because they came in well after me. Definitely will consider my choices before going back.

They don't honor many promotional advertisements. The sandwiches are always put together in such a way that you have to practically remake them yourself and create a huge mess in the process... but look they didn't even give me any napkins

Food was only okay. Had a mobile order, at the window we were told our payment wasn't accepted, even though I had proof of payment in the mcdonalds app and my bank account. They forced us to pay again or they'd refuse service. Now I've got 2 charges on my bank account. I'll be disputing the charges. However the customer service at this location was trash. The woman at the window couldn't care less about the customers.

Spent 25 minutes in the drive thru ordered a deluxe chicken sandwich only lettuce. Pull out the drive thru and my daughter goes to take a bite and it's got mayo coming out the sides and she bit into a tomato. Spent another 20+ minutes in the drive thru and told they won't replace it. Also the sodas were ordered with no ice and all three had ice.
