Never can get orders correct. I order the same thing idk if they’re lazy or what but they have gotten it wrong 4 times in a row. Terrible if you ask me.

Still living in the past using covid as an excuse to be dirty and lie about open business hours and only serv ice-cream through the drive through. Lobby closed no walk up service. Hope the location closes. Pathetic

Unfortunately, this was a small untidy, understaffed Dairy Queen. I did get the blizzard I wanted, but I got the wrong burger, my husband received his burger missing a patty and it was difficult to locate napkins and condiments and needed to clean up our own cramped table. The young man behind the counter was nice but seemed confused about every order and it took some time to operate the register.

Just went through the drive thru and they could not hear our order so had us pull up to the window. The Manager and staff were rude. Then we asked to add one blizzard they said no, you'll have to go around. They asked us to park and asked how long it would be and the manager became very rude. She said we are making your food fresh then she said wait. Went to the back and our food was there. The manager practically threw the food at us and said we are not welcome there and never come back. We were polite and asked a simple question. How long will it be? Will not go back to this place. So rude and unprofessional. I run a business and am never rude to my customers.
