Whenever we go there, they are always out of burgers. How can a burger place never have burgers available? Absolutely ridiculous! If you want an A&W burger, certainly don't go here! You won't be able to get one.

Every part of my order was wrong. Ordered the corn dog nuggets, no meal. Got fries. Ordered the double bacon cheeseburger, got a regular cheeseburger. Ordered mashed potatoes w/o gravy, got smothered. And no utensils. Ordered wings with sauce, no sauce. Ordered a drink, you guessed it, NO DRINK! I know it’s a pandemic and it’s a drive thru, but you don’t have people being loud in the lobby. Listen and pay attention. If you can’t hear, ask us to speak up. Go over the order a second time to make sure it’s all there and correct.

Staff isn't trained well and don't wear masks. 2 out of 3 items ordered wrong. Drive thru directing people to pull forward and park in traffic. 2 wrong orders later I finally get a refund.
