Always gets my order wrong. At least one thing missing from my order almost every time.

This one is worse than the one on Yarbrough and North Loop. The oder taker wasn't listening to me, my order was completely wrong. I corrected her, thenshe and some other employee started laughing and told me to drive up. I asked her to repeat my order she said, Just Drive Up and laughed again. I drove off. I will never visit that McDonald's again.

Sometimes they have a problem with my drive through orders mid day-afternoon shift people. When I asked if they can fix it they always ask for my receipt. I gladly show them.. then they fix the mistake and don’t even apologize for the inconvenience plus give attitude. You’re in customer service business ppl. Get a different job.

Because they are refrigerators and when you order it they put it in the preheated and it is slow to come out they put it on top and it comes out on the bottom The standard of temperature and how cool depends on that
I know there are always busy following the guidelines for covid and have been back up.
