I do not know what I was eating. Im a NEW YORKER I've had all kind of bagels and this place is the worst I've ever been. 0 🌟 The Raisin bagle tasted nothing like a Raisin bagel🥯. I was so excited, when I found that bagle spot. However 👍 great customer service

Bagels are one of my favorites in California. I found this place thru Google, and it wasn't bad. Bagels are lacking in flavor, but all in all, the breakfast jalapeño Bagels & everything Bagels w/ chive & onion cream cheese was worth coming back for. They do have 18 different Bagels 🥯.

The bagels are decent; nothing to go out of your way for. I am more disheartened by the customer service of this location. Their staff conveys an attitude that is uninviting. I do not see myself going back again after today.

The worst experience I went to the bagel shop on resler at 730am and was informed they were out of bagel dad , the place opens at 7am!!!! I the drove to the main location on mesa and asked for toasted jalapeño bagel with jalapeño cream cheese, I get home the bagel is not toasted it was stale and dry. I call to speak to the manager and was told there is no manager there, a few minutes while on hold a guy comes online and says he is the manager . I explain my problem with the bagel and he stated that he wanted me to drive back and they would toast the bagel. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy they just don’t care about the customer!!!!
