Thank you🙂 4 thumbs down 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽for female that thought it was a smart idea to microwave my fish 🐟 and onion 🧅 rings and thought I wouldn't notice. For the record, I uses to work in the fast food industry. I'd just left work after being up since 6:30 this morning, I want to get a quick quality bite of food, and this is what she chose to serve me. I tried to eat the food because I paid for it, but I puked 🤮 up the portion I ate because it wasn't prepared properly. Had my fish and onion rings been freshly fried, they would have survived the 5 minutes trip to my home. #QualityCustomerService and #QualityProducts is still a thing 😑 I appreciate you "female "👌🏽 for confirming that i just need to start cooking at home again, to be sure I get a quality meal EVERY TIME😒

The drive-thru wasn't too slow BUT they just can't seem to remember to add the dipping sauces that are requested. It's been a miss the last two visits. The last straw was the "not so fresh lettuce" in my sandwich. When I say not so fresh I mean old, discolored, and blackening. Check your bags for everything you asked for and your sandwiches for possible unpleasant ingredients.

The service was terrible. I ordered a number one with only lettuce and ketchup. The cashier put American cheese, mayonnaise, tomato, pickles, and onion on the receipt and my burger. I sent it back, then I got the correct order but with cheese. The manager came and asked us what was wrong then gave us what we ordered. He addressed my father as "Boss" which bothered him as he believes the employees should address customers as "Ma'am" and "Sir" (he told me to include this). The burgers were cold and burnt. The people in the kitchen weren't even wearing hair nets! Unlike the sign, the cookies are not freshly baked. The only good thing were the fries and the drinks.

Early morning visit. Friendly staff. Ordered off the lunch menu and got my order quickly. Unfortunately the fryers we down so couldn't have fries. Food was as good as you can expect fast food burgers to be. Patties were probably slightly on the overcooked side but not bad. Restaurant and restrooms were clean. Playground was closed for repairs.
