Let me give credit where credit is due. These past couple of weeks maybe even month the service has gotten better cleaner and faster. I want to think where was managing right now is looking better and the food is coming out better and faster.

Decor better than most McDonalds. French fries were soggy. Not like they used to be. Food left my tummy kind of queezy.

Luis the manager was very rude. I placed an order for pickup and the only reason why I went in was because my 3-year-old had to use the bathroom, I was waiting for my order I asked Luis if he can give me two different toys which I guess ít was so hard for him to do because he said yes and gave me two of the same toys and when he gave me my order I had a large Powerade he handed me a cup, I had just seen him give a cup to a homeless guy to drink from the fountain drinks so I asked him politely if he can fill my cup because I didn't want to use the fountain drinks on the outside and he acted like he didn't understand what I was saying it took him a minute to process it then he made me wait 7 to 10 minutes to give me the Powerade. What a great customer service!!!! Luis if your job is too hard I didn't choose it you did my friend.

This is probably my favorite McDonald's. Very fast, efficient, food is well made and staff is knowledgeable in how the mobile app works. Which is refreshing compared to other locations. The lady at the drive thru in the mornings is the sweetest employee.
