Why is it that the food I order is usually good, and hot. But they can't make a Hazelnut Iced latte with only 1 pump of syrup to save their lives. I don't like my coffee sweet as cotton candy, just a little flavor will do. Came home and threw it away

Let them know before they make it ,to only put 1 pump of syrup.
