Ordered the 20 pc chicken nuggets online, picked up DT just to get them all dry and old...tasting like trash....where I had to put them!!! We were heading out and were left put without food as we had to board our bus soon!!! Really McDonald's, why can't you serve "fresh food!!!""

To say I was VERY disappointed would be an understatement. Using the app we ordered to get a free iced coffee. Ended up ordering food along with the coffee. Fries must have been either over loaded into the fry basket or they pulled them out too early! The sauce packets seem to have been popped in the box and just been sitting there. They are disgusting!!! The chicken nuggets seemed to be nice and fresh, after biting into one I can tell they put them back into the fryer to heat them up. Management really needs to pay more attention!! The coffee had coffee grounds at the bottom and it tasted like trash!!!! Even for a free coffee I would expect more. Never will I EVER come to this location again!!! Very disappointed and that’s saying a lot! McDonald’s is never my go to because the quality never seems up to par, this has by far been the worst visit!!

Update** I've been rather pleased the last two times I've gone. I've been attended quickly and have encountered friendly enough staff. The bathrooms continue to be an issue although not as bad as previous experiences. All in all not a bad experience.** Bathrooms always disgusting.... And zero customer service skills to be found. All staff couldnt care less about the store nor customers. Work on your customer service skills.... Make all staff take courses on service.... It's that bad. Even the Manager's..... Literally just fire everyone and start from scratch.....

Horrible service in this location. The cashier was helpful and when he didn't have customers to place their orders he would help out with putting out the orders for the waiting customers. The management is on the other spectrum, you can tell that the employees work in a fearful environment. This managers will publicly scold the employees. And, This restaurant doesn't provide refills on the drinks. Doesn't deserve any stars but will granted one for the service provided by the employee at the register.
