I moved in a little under a month ago and so far there are only two issues, for which I don’t feel like I could take off a star: 1. The leasing office is currently massively understaffed so as of today, they are only allowing meetings by appointment and things take a while to get done. 2. While the community is super dog friendly (literally every other person has a dog and we haven’t had any issues yet), they do not have a dog run so most corners of the courtyards have been peed on. However, the maintenance staff is great in cleaning this up every day and dog owners are just as great and respectful of the place to pick up the poop. Now to the plus sides: 1. Maintenance: they are super quick to respond and Angel is amazing! He’s fixed everything I requested immediately and he seems very knowledgeable! 2. Staff: all of the staff is very friendly and helpful! Our leasing agent, Mimi, was very excited for us to move in and always seems very upbeat. 3. Amenities: haven’t tried them all, but they all seem very well maintained and clean! Gonna try the pool today! 4. Neighbors: there are all kinds of neighbors here. Very friendly and looking forward to meeting more at community events! Overall, this has been a great place to live thus far and we look forward to living here longer!

I have been living in Eastown since mid February and I love it. Personally, I don’t find the walls very thin as other people have been complaining—no thinner than every other apartment building. I don’t hear my neighbors through the walls, you can hear people when you’re walking around the complex, but I don’t mind it. I love the feeling of community here. This past weekend there was an event at Eastown where all residents got to paint a pot and take home a free succulent. I also love my apartment!! The layout and interior is beautiful—they replaced the floors and no longer have the cork floor that others were complaining about, even thought I actually chose this place because I loved the cork floors haha! Shane Starr, our leasing agent made everything a smooth sailing process when it came to moving in. He is such a helpful and hard working individual, he always takes care of anything we need. My key fob had a problem the first few days and he took care of it and reprogrammed it for me a bunch of times until it finally worked, with a smile. You can tell he really wants all residents to have the best possible experience!

Moved into Eastown in August. Shane and Sabrina helped me with the process and it was super smooth. Any questions or issues are handled very quickly by both management and maintenance. Even extra requests that arent mandatory or urgent are handled quickly and professionally. LOVE the amenities - pool, jacuzzi, gym, clubhouse. Everything is always clean and taken care of. They also go out of their way with creativity by hosting events like mixers and holiday parties with food and drink - in addition to tasty foods, the events give you a great sense and feel of community. Love the place so far!

We’ve lived here for a month and have loved it! We had a few issues with move in but once Angel (from the maintenance team) came out, all was fixed within a few days. He has been a huge help and always going above and beyond. He truly cares about the residents! Thank you so much Angel!!! Sabrina from leasing has also made us feel so at home! The amenities and location are perfect, it’s even super quiet. I’ve lived at other apartments on the strip and this one is our favorite so far!
