The whole complex Mail was stolen last week and management has not notified anyone I saw the theft happen and spoke to Melissa and she was rude to me, she wasn’t concerned or anything that’s why I’m moving. I prefer to deal with Rochelle because the other lady is rude!

***Caution do not lease a apartment at this place****. I’m unfortunately a new resident so far my experience has been the worst. When I initially looked at the property I liked it enough to apply, in my discussion’s with the leasing agent Rochelle, I made it very clear I wanted a Renovated unit. Because I was coming from a different state I signed the lease, to my surprise when I went to conduct the initial walk through it was the WRONG unit. It was not upgraded. The leasing agents have acknowledged they dropped the ball. They are stating the lease is valid although I was told I had a renovated unit. I’ve Made several attempts to contact the manager I have yet to receive a response. It’s unethical to mislead a potential resident.

I had to find short term temporary housing. Both Rochelle and Melissa made my stay at this beautiful apartment complex so much better. I appreciate all their help and both of them being so welcoming. Thank you both!

Over the course of 2 months, we toured over 10 apartments. After another unsuccessful day, we decided to visit Carillon on a whim. It was the end of the day, and we didn't have an appointment, but Melissa welcomed us with open arms. She answered all our questions and showed us as much as she could after tour hours. All that effort from Melissa put Carillon on the top of our list and we applied for the apartment sight unseen. It's officially been 2 months of living at Carillon and we couldn't be happier. The apartment is spacious and renovated. We very much enjoy our large kitchen and balcony as well as all the closet/storage space. One of my favorite things about this complex is the parking. I feel safe leaving my car in the garage behind the gate and there is plenty of guest parking. Lastly, maintenance does a great job of fixing or checking up on things within a timely manner and it's easy to get in contact with the management. All in all, very pleased with our decision!
