I just moved out of Roosevelt Lofts after living there for a year and I already miss the place. The staff are really helpful and friendly. I've never had a bad experience. I always looked forward to Ade's "welcome home" greeting. Jack tells great stories and is very, very helpful in planning out the lease, move in, move out, etc. The amenities are very good, the location is fantastic and the historic building is really charming but it's the staff that makes this place special.

The reviews are true! I am so happy I get to live here! I'm writing this review to acknowledge two staff members (however everyone has been so incredibly nice): Andrew with leasing and Cristian with maintenance. When I initially called to schedule a tour, Andrew was so personable and amazing to talk to over the phone! He left a great impression on me after the tour. Once we moved in, I can confidently say that the building reflects his warm and relaxed nature, he's so awesome! Cristian came to fix a couple lights, and he was so polite and friendly! He worked fast and clean, and was an overall pleasure to have in our home! If I could, I would request to have Cristian come by again if we need anything else done.

I live here and I absolutely love the atmosphere, staff and tenants. It’s a great community and has been a blessing through the pandemic. The staff is super helpful, Christian is great with maintenance. Gina Is on point with keeping the Roosevelt looking pristine. Adé is the most professional person to greet you at the front desk and Janet brings great conversation and a fun spunk to the mix! You will love living here, your car will always be in valet, just a text away!

Jack Wallach, and his team, are the best there is when managing this property! Truly appreciate everything that's been done in the last three years for this community! And especially during these trying times by promoting the "wear your mask" and social distancing guidelines. He always has time to advise and support his residents on finding solutions for any questions/concerns you may have. The Valet, Maintenance and Front Desk teams are amazing!
