I can't say thank you enough to Rachel from Allied Pacific Property Management. I'm self-employed & own some rental properties in Cancun. She took the time to go through a variety of unfamiliar Spanish documents so she could get my application processed ASAP. Other rental companies treat you like you're some kind of low-brow knuckle-dragger and they are Harvard playing god with your housing, rather than understanding that I am the buyer and, without me, they fail. Rachel was personable, flexible, patient, responsive, professional...just treated me the way I'm sure she'd like to be treated, you know. If you're looking for a new place to rent and you're tired of the other companies that never answer the phone, shove a rental application at you before you've even seen their property, no call/no show to your walk-through, etc, please contact these guys. A human being will answer the phone, and you'll be treated like a human being. Highly recommended!
