Terrible. I brought my dog leash in to have the stiching repaired, but they did a terrible job. First they weren't sure they could do it, which was pretty suspect. Second, when they finished it, the stiching wasn't straight, or uniform. It looks like a child did the work. Sad...

My wife and I took a special pair of leather baby boots to be repaired and I had never seen such shoddy workmanship😠 Our disappointment couldn’t have been more complete☹️ I can’t believe we gave this guy money, we had to take our boots somewhere else to have them redone. Go to College shoe repair on sixth Street in Redlands, he is a consummate professional😊

I am certain that they can replace your zipper. Zippers are seldom "repaired" unless all it needs is a new stop.
The repair shop is really good, but you would probably have to call them or bring them in.
