I made the right choice to go to Mike at Tune Time. He was so knowledgeable and very patient answering all my questions. My stereo job was a super simple touch screen in an older car but he treated it like it was a very important job and did an amazing job ! Gave them a star because I do believe they have talent. But that’s all they got . Went there after a bad experience at a hole In the wall shop because of all the great reviews. FYI money was not a concern for me. I needed my system set up the way it should be . They guy said he was too busy To service me and I get that . But then proceeds to tell me that he’s too busy to educate me on the trade? Well if I was educated On your trade why do I need you ? Just say your backed up and tell me when to come back. Match your trade skills to your customer service skills, and you could make a lot of money.
