Unprofessional, overpriced & sloppy. Resoled boots took 8 weeks with repeated calls. The stitching looks terrible. The Owner’s response: “machine got away from me… so what!?” Take your business elsewhere. Or risk paying for his mistakes.

Excellent quality, friendly service, great prices. Fast. Experts. Craftsmen. So much better results and pricing compared to the other shoe repair on orange street (redlands) that didn't even bother to do a superficial cleaning for a $60 re-healing. And that other place was rude.

My Ugg boots were $14 last year. Not sure of current but that should give you an idea. They are very reasonable. The year b4 I took my Uggs elsewhere and payed a lot more
