Their food is awesome. Very tasty and made the way you order it. Drive through was fast and courteous. Would have gave five stars except their shake machine was broken or down.

Tried to go here again, this morning. Only giving two stars because the two gentlemen at the front were so kind and apologetic. Those two deserve 5 stars just for their customer service. But. Yet again, they were not given the product or tools to be able to sell to their customers. I’m not sure what’s going on with del taco, but I avoid coming here if I want food because most likely there will be some issue in getting any to you. Either they’re “closed”, when claiming 24/7 hours, their machines are down, or they’re out of product. It’s beyond ridiculous when I used to come here multiple times a week for my late night work shift and they were always on point, and now I’ve gone here 6 times - SIX TIMES - and not a single one has resulted in my actually getting food.

This order was beyond WRONG on so may levels. The ingredients that were advertised were not on my food. Where is my Pico on my burrito plus it was heavy and falling apart because the filling was overwhelming....no I mean overwhelming. On top of that the "tostada" was missing the sour cream and again portion control was overwhelming!! This was the first time and last that I will eat there again.!!! Thank del taco for the 8 tomatoes pieces! 🤬 I also called three times and it will ring and than go to voice mail...if I can give a 0 I would.
