I’ve visited several times but 7 out of 10 the snoh is melted the moment they hand it to me. They told me to ask for “light syrup” but I still get melted snoh. So this time they told me to ask for “very light syrup” - this was never a problem at other locations. Update 12.23.19 - I visited again after speaking to the owner a few months ago to see if the problem still persists. Unfortunately, still the same issue, my Bahama Rama Mama had too much syrup - the snow was mushy/melted in the middle. Update March 21, 2020 - major improvement. Melting snoh no longer a problem. Updated to 5 stars. Updated June 13, 2022 - this place has very bad quality control. It’s a hit or miss every time. While the melting snoh is no longer a problem, now I cross my fingers and hope I don’t get 1) crunchy snoh 2) way too much juice 3) way too little juice and 4) WAY to much ice cream in the bahama Rama mama. Half the cup is ice cream? I’m barely getting snoh. I love bahama bucks so much I keep going and I always see new faces. The training of these folks need to be better. Downgraded to 2 stars.

This was the first time we come to this location and the last one. Service was terrible, not only they forgot to make our drinks but we had to remind them 3x times of our order. We came and waited for over 30 minutes. All the employees are pretty young and could not locate a manager to speak with. Not to mention the person who created our gummy bear drink opened the bag of gummies with his bare teeth. Talk about proper safe and proper handling. Overall a horrible and unsafe experience!

Unfortunately this location is a train wreck. The staff couldn't of had a single person over 18 and I never saw anyone managing. The patio outside looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. Inside wasn't much better. Service was slow and inconsistent. At least our drinks still tasted ok.

I love this place! The shaved ice are amazing and the smoothies are delicious, the prices are a little high but the products are worth it. The workers are always so friendly and helpful, they have a nice energy and are always eager to help. Specifically Marco!
