I see why they’re poorly reviewed. I went in for a 3 day permit and the worker said because my car doesn’t require emissions and it’s newer they cannot give me a permit when I told her I had just got one this weekend she said it was because I got it online, I corrected her that I went to the other one by PLS and she said it was because they were a 3rd party….. this location is also a third party. How do you work at a place where you are so uneducated about your own job?

I went here to get my license and witnessed the staff being very rude to a woman and her children in front of me. The worker would not allow the woman to speak and the woman at window 10 said some very inappropriate words i spanish, which i assume the customer can not understand because if she did that am sure there would have been a major issue. I have heard such horrible things about this location, but now I see. They do not try to help people and they make different rules for people. The lady who was in front of me, spoke with me when she left thw building and we found that the staff lied to her about her son and said that there was a stipulation but i had no issues getting my sons and we had the exact same things. I am very disappointed in this place

Absolute garbage customer service!! I called to explain my situation and they said they could help me. I drove an hour and was refused service because they failed to explain the process. I told them what documents I had and they promised that was all I needed and said yes to everything over the phone but in person it's always a no. The "manager" of this location claimed the phone number linked on this site wasn't there's and that I never spoke with them before hand. GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!
