The DMV specialist was texting when I got to her window. She did not stop gossiping with her coworker until the conversation was done. Then, she gave me a hard time to get my tags. Nobody wanted to give me water and it is 110 degrees out. Horrible service. I won’t be coming here again.

Brought my 16 year old here to get her driver's license and it was great. The lady who gave the driver's test also discovered that someone had stolen our plate and swapped it with another. They must have needed an up to date registration sticker. She helped sort that out and got us a temporary plate so that my kid could continue taking the test. Service was fast even though the place was busy. Great experience

No negative feedback to give - easy and smooth experience, only took about 20 minutes total for a new AZ drivers license. Easy peasy! My only little note is to be prepared for the camera to be super close lol - or maybe I just have a huge head idk.
