Shoddy, rough, rushed partial work; poor customer service. I made my morning appointment weeks in advance and specified that I would like a manicure on one hand, a solar fill on another with gel polish and a design. I also asked for a pedicure. When I arrived, even though all but one pedicure chair was open, she insisted on doing my hands first, instead of my feet which doesn't quite make sense as I would then risk messing up my feet when putting on shoes in cold weather. When she began my nails, she initially tried to buff off the regular polish on my manicure hand even though it only needed nail polish remover. She repeatedly flicked at some lose nails but then didn't apply glue or buff it off to apply new powder. Then, she did not use bond on my nails prior to the polish. I mentioned that the polish would not stay on well without bind but she ignored me. I had to insist that she use a base coat. I had a cut on one finger but she wasn't careful with it and she laughed as I yelped and jumped from the pain. Another customer, who had a later appointment scheduled came in for a walk-in, and she left me to apply my stickers myself while she waxed their eyebrows. I did not take offense though. However, there was a brief exchange between her and the walk-in wherein which the walk-in was frustrated that there was no time for her to get additional services despite her verifying this before she arrived. The tech seemed to take her exchange with the walk-in out on me and didn't even help me smooth the stickers down. At this point, I'd been there for less than an hour but the tech claimed she had spent too much time on my nails. She also unnecessarily insulted my nails, stating that they were too "loud." Then, she messily slapped a top coat on all over my fingers without cleaning it up around my nails. She didn't seem to care if they were dry before dismissing me. I asked for lotion that she refused and a mere dab of oil was granted for my hands after I requested this too. I then had to insist on a cuticle clipper to cut off the excess so that they wouldn't lift off before I got home. She tried to brush me off and told me to fix my nails at home myself.

DO NOT GO HERE! I REPEAT DO NOT! SAVE YOUR MONEY & GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I asked for Solar. They charged me $75 for Solar long. I tipped her $20. About 11 days later 2 nails popped off. They refused to fix it. I went to another place and got a fill and 2 nails fixed. When they started to fill them they asked if I was sure I wanted to put solar on top of "regular." I told the new nail tech this was solar and she laughed and showed me the difference. She showed me I had regular acrylic. I paid nearly $100 dollars for REGULAR acrylic.

For some reason my manicures never last very long and start to chip within the first couple of days. But I got a pedicure for the first time and it has lasted much longer than the mani. Although I asked for one accent colored toe and he did alternating colors instead. I'm sure if I corrected him and told him to redo it he would have. But they were busy as it was mothers day weekend and I was in a hurry so I didn't want to deal with that.
