They never answer the phone. I waited 50 minutes to see if they would ever answer and no. Their breakdown time is unbelievably slow. It’s been over a week since my shipment arrived and they don’t have it ready.

Expect to be here for four hours or more. If you are picking up four boxes, expect to pay for a pallet even if you don't want to. A new way of making a profit.

Questions & Answers

The staff at this place is horrible they allow people who pay them off to cut people that have been waiting in line for 6+ hours. No security no docs control no traffic control employees just messing around in the back room. Its pay to help here!

Has anyone launched a class-action lawsuit against them for imposing extortionate and unreasonable fees based in part on their own operational failures, particularly when cargo takes excessive time to be ready or when drivers wait hours to check-in?

I'm not sure with lawsuits, but some have made claims against them especially when it come to shipping highly perishable cargo.
