Amazing Customer Service!! Last minute dress shopping for prom, the dress we got was smaller than we thought it would be, but only had days before the prom. Called them and they worked to get the exchange processed quickly! The dress looked amazing, was excellent quality, and still looked amazing after a hard night of dancing and hanging with friends at prom. The only downside is that it left glitter and sequins EVERYWHERE! LOL! Love, Love, Love this place! Have ordered her graduation dress here now too. Thank you TDO!! And thank you for having plus size dresses that aren't all matronly!!

I purchased a dress for my daughters wedding from The Dress Outlet. I was a bit apprehensive as it was coming from USA and I live in Ireland.. Will it be here on time? Will it be the correct size? How do I exchange if needed... All negative thoughts out the window when it arrived.
