This is BY FAR THE MOST NEGLIGENT HOUSING COMPANY IN LA. THEY DO NOT HELP, the do not UP KEEP THE MAINTENANCE OF THEIR BUILDINGS AND THEY DO NOT CARE FOR THEIR BUILDING TENANTS. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR AN APARTMENT FROM THIS COMPANY- RUUNNNNN THEY CHANGE THE BUILDING MANAGER EVERY WEEK. THEY REFUSES TO HELP PEOPLE AND THEY ARE NOT A GOOD PLACE TO GET INTO BUSINESS WITH - I am DESPERATELY TRYING TO MOVE OUT! Runnnnn

The manager is not available seems like ever! They had two listings which I was interested in but sqft information was missing from their listings. She texted me if I’d like a tour. I asked if I could get sqft information first and she directed me to their website and said rent is $$$$ much and this is the full address. Sure! But that’s not what i was asking! I told her that I’ve looked there, I’m aware of the price but the sqft is not written anywhere on their website! She again sent me a link to their website to find floor plans.

I've been renting with Winstar for a while and never have had any complaints. Every one of my maintenance requests have been quickly satisfied and always done right. The manager Moises is always helpful and pleasant. I love my unit and would recommend to anyone looking.

They have a property at 4451 Lockwood Av, a slum!! when I arrived for a tour a young man who showed me the place was nice and gentleman like. He showed me a few units in the building. I was impressed with one unit that I liked but couldn't remember the apartment number. I saw what appeared to be a stove, but when I moved in there was no stove. a refrigerator but no stove. The gentleman also told me that we would have parking because there's a parking lot in back. When I signed the lease I was told that parking is an extra $100 dollars. The woman who I guess manages the unit is a very rude and careless person who doesn't want to hear about your complaints and just want the rent. I can't wait until my lease is up in December 2021. I can do way better. I wouldn't recommend anyone friend or family to these units and street parking is even worst.

What is the best number to call to arrange for the return of a deposit at the end of a tenancy please?

Thank you for reaching out. After your have given notice to your Manager either through your tenant portal or in writing in person- please reach out directly with you manager to do a final walk through and return keys. Your Security Deposit accounting and any refund check will be mailed within 21 days of move out.

I have no contact number for my previous building manager? How do I contact someone about the return of my security deposit?
