We are traveling and we don't have our toy box with us. So, we stopped by the Castle Megastore and found a few things to add to our collection. All of the staff members were friendly and helpful. However, Steve really stood out and helped us a lot. He patiently answered all of our questions but also let us wander and explore. He carefully checked and tested the items we wanted. His customer service was the perfect blend of attentiveness and giving us our space. He was very knowledgeable about the items in the store, including how often they were usually replenished. Going to an adult store can be daunting for me and Steve made this shopping experience a breeze! And, we thoroughly enjoyed everything we got! Kudos to Steve! Store gets 4 stars, Steve gets 5!

I went in to Castle Megastore to get an anniversary gift for my wife a couple days ago. Very clean store with a good variety of toys. Dakota was extremely helpful and made the experience enjoyable. I will be returning to shop here again!!!

Dakota was absolutely amazing her and her coworker who’s name I didn’t get but he was amazing as well. Both are knowledgeable and extremely helpful answering any and ALL questions. We will be going back soon. This staff are so friendly.
