Worst cut I've ever gotten. Definitely go to the Montano store or the Coronado locations instead. They do a much better job.

I got the "Season Ticket" (prepaid haircuts +1 free haircut) before Covid. Got a few great haircuts. Was told the prepaid haircuts don't expire so I waited out Covid and mask mandates. Went for a cut recently and it was great but I was charged an "Inflation Fee" afterwards that they never mentioned. I refused to pay extra since I prepaid for my haircuts so they confiscated my card and my frequent cut card! I lost my last 2 haircuts because they are greedy... If you prepay for "X" amount of haircuts you should honor them. Not charge the difference when the costs goes up. AND TAKE MY REMAINING CUTS when I think what you are doing is wrong!!! I'm Never Going Back!!!!! What crooks!

I like this location. Easy advance check-in, accurate wait times. I particularly like Mel, she takes her time, but all of the barbers/stylists are good.
