A respite from the cold…. Come in for a warm and friendly atmosphere, the first-class fine dining menu and stellar service. Brickhouse did not disappoint. There is a downstairs seating area and an upstairs floor that is heated throughout. I would like to highlight the variety of the menu options. Seemed like there was something for everyone, even for your pickiest of eaters. A great place to unwind after a day on the mountain!

This was, truthfully, one of the best meals I’ve ever eaten. We showed up just a few minutes before closing (bad timing on our part) and were welcomed in and accommodated. Our drinks were the highest quality but our ribeye with asparagus and mashed potatoes was so good we barely touched the drinks. Highly recommend as a nice dinner to anyone visiting the area!!!

Came here for a celebratory dinner and we were NOT disappointed. The food, service and cocktails were all delightful, in a cozy atmosphere. I would definitely love to come back again The creativity and uniqueness of the dishes was fantastic. Can't wait to try something new next time!

If I could rate this place a 100/10 I would. Brickhouse had the best service, experience, and food I've had in a long time. We went on a whim and sat at the bar. Caleb was beyond amazing and helpful in making our dinner decisions. He was able to pair drink with our food choices and everything he suggested was on point. We had great conversation ans service. This will definitely be a repeat stop on our next trip to Ouray. We had the corn fritters, Brussel sprouts, elk bolognese, pork chip, and cheese cake. All perfect dishes in every way!
