Relative expensive and small room, but very clean. “Breakfast” was fabricated and pre-wrapped food which one can better skip. Hot tub was nice, but a bit too much in sight of the entire street.

We stayed last year in the first week of April for a week. The entire time we stayed, renovations were being done on the place, and the amenities like the hot tub were closed. There was no warning that renovations would be done while we were booking. During the second to last day of our stay, they had a work crew sanding and re-doing the deck which made being there awful, especially as we were trying to work remotely. When we tried to cancel our last night, the management staff yelled at us and were very rude. I would never stay here again. The rooms themselves are pretty small, but they are clean and neat. The location in Ouray is great.

Positive: Very clean, recently updated. One block off main street so walking distance to most things. Staff was friendly. The grounds were clean, no pool but the hot tub was nice after a long day of hiking. Evenings were quiet. Negative: The one bad thing was the AC fan could either be on or off, no auto, so it ran loudly all night.

A great family run business. Everything is kept extremely clean, and they provide a nice little sack breakfast you can pick up the day before. It is a bit off the main drag and I think that is good. It is much quieter. The rooms can be small but they have the essentials covered. There's a small fire pit outside and a hot tub.
