We stayed elsewhere but while in Ouray, we visited the hot springs here—twice. The first time we tried all of them out including the private Lorelei pool. It’s kind of expensive but you pay for privacy. The vapor cave is cool and HOT. We could only tolerate it for about 20 minutes. The best part for us was the outdoor heated pool. It was nice in the evening after a cool mountain rain shower. The patio was never crowded so it was very relaxing.

The vapor cave is intense! Lovely outdoor hot pool with a six foot deep end. Get a day pass- hotel is tired and lacking amenities (coffee/hot water didn’t work, wifi was unusable) and the staff was curt, unfriendly. Desk person actually shooed us like cats out of the vapor cave at 10pm!

We stayed at the hotel in the main building. While I enjoyed the convenience of being able to walk from our room to the basement where the vapor cave was, the bed was extremely uncomfortable and I didn't sleep well the whole trip. The vapor cave and pool was amazing though, minus the gob of hair I found in the water. We also paid for a couples massage but they put my husband and I in separate rooms, so it wasn't really "couples". The massage was good though.

The Wiesbaden hasn’t changed much in the 30+ years we have stayed there. The rooms are decorated in what i would call Victorian funk. They are clean, the beds are comfortable and the linens are nice. The vapor cave is a most remarkable thing and the outdoor pool is A magical spot for relaxation, watching the wild turkeys and the ice falls on the Mountain. The one negative was that the outdoor pool wasn’t very clean. The receptionist told us it had just been cleaned but there was lots of debris on the bottom and mold growing on the valves and steps.

No, sorry.😢
It's not the Ritz Carlton but a neat experience. It is a bit dated but a good time. Plenty of parking. Easy walk into town.
It's not handicap accessible
I believe 3pm
