I would caution shopping here due to their inflexible return policy. I purchased a helicopter to GA aviation headset adapter that bent after the first use. The store took no responsibility if their product was a lemon. The owner said it was not normal. Of course it is not normal, why would I return a normal and functional item? Other stores and Amazon have the same products, same price, (if not better), and an actual return policy. Unfortunately, I missed the 5 x 8 paper by the register saying no returns for pretty much everything they sell. The store didn’t even want to do store credit. I am purchasing my GA headset on amazon for more security.

Love this pilot store, has all the necessities and the owner is super friendly. They were out of something I needed so he told me to come back the next day, sure enough it was there when I came back in the morning! Nice to be able to come in and buy in person instead of having to buy everything online.

Very good pilot shop for general aviation merchandises. This is the only one pilot shop in the area, it is serving Orange county, Long Beach, Los Angeles areas. The next pilot shop is in Corona, California. The shop is designed for a new pilot in training such as pilot text book, maps, arial charts, headsets, and other merchandises in aviation related field. This place is nice but service is ridiculous. The cashier lady refused to help and refused to contact manager when customer looking for additional help and answer. The lady even lied to me saying she called manager and manager refused to talk to me, but she didn't even pick up the phone and make the call.
