Worst service ever. I was unaware of the PO Box change of hours. But there was still a carrier inside and she refused to let me in to my PO Box. I had told here I came from my home an hr away and it would have been real quick. She still refused. I couldn’t get her name but she was a black female in her 40s

I went in just line a regular customer and I finally ask Jeffrey the “representative” I have to drop off a return item and I noticed that the only option was to go to ups I did not know that is was two different places. So while waiting less then 30 seconds for me he helped another customer and then when I told him about the ups transaction I needed help with he took another guest after saying this is usps not ups. He was so rude with a bad additude. And everyone else is always nice and respectful, he needs to be retrained.

This post office is pretty small, but the service was not very good. The atmosphere was tense and a bit dingy. The desk refused to check a package for me saying they only get P.O. boxes. He rushed me and and called the next person up to the desk as I was in mid sentence. He didn't even want to look up where my package was even though I had the tracking number.

I have never been to this post office and I don't think I want too. The company that I work for uses this post office to ship out orders and what not. There is an Asian guy that usually runs the express route now, but before he used to deliver our mail and his is very strange and isn't very social. But the last 2 days he has not been buy to come and pick up that we had scheduled since yesterday. I personally am not impressed with this post office and it's carriers at all. There are 2 that are actually very good. This Asian guy is not the brightest crayon in the box. I am very disappointed with how they run things here. Oh and another think I have been calling and calling and calling to tell them that they had not picked up our order, I called at least 20 times and all it does is ring and ring. If this goes on they will for sure be out of business.
