I lived in Avalon Glendale Apartments for 6 years and recently moved out because of son's school, I wish I hadn't. You know, if you like something, you should like it regardless of whether it costs a lot, anyway I'm not not review writer person but you should always appreciate great service and good people. Best community, great staff, awesome management, fast customer service, clean and best amenities, walking distance to markets and downtown Glendale and many many great things that you will find during your rent. In the end, I wanted to thank The Avalon Glendale Team specially Tamela and Ashlay for great experience that I had in Avalon Glendale. Thanks and I already missed Home Sam Khorooshi

I would recommend this place to live, amazing customer service, Tamela & Ashley are great, if there’s any problem with the apartment or with your delivery package they will help in anyway they can. We will truly miss them. The maintenance workers are also helpful & get the job done for you. And of course Tag will miss them too!!

I've been living here for nearly three years and this is seriously the best apartment ever. The folks that run this apartment complex go out of their way to make the people who live here feel like they're part of a community with complex-wide activities, warm/funny emails, and top-notch amenities. Any apartment-related issues are resolved quickly. I had a minor issue involving my toilet tank that sprung up for the first time ever recently, and Avalon sent one of their guys to fix it right away, despite it just being a minor problem. Shout out to Uriel and the rest of the professional maintenance technicians that keep this complex running beautifully. The Avalon team is amazing!

I love this apartment complex. It has all the amenities I want out of a place. The apartments themselves are really nice and the community itself is a joy to walk through. Maintainace around here is actually super quick and the service is awesome. The building manager Ashley has been a huge help since I moved in last year. It's nice to see someone who honestly cares about the complex as well as the tenants.
