We had the best experience with Nicole!! We came in as a walk-in and she was able to accommodate us on her schedule immediately. Though there was no apartment available to tour in person at the time, she went to great lengths to show us videos and even sent us a video tour of our apartment once we signed. She gave us specific recommendations of things to do Glendale that she felt we would enjoy after our tour. And during the move in process, she was very helpful in answering our questions and advocating for the best deals for us. Nicole made us feel at home and we are very grateful for her service.

We moved from TX in November 2019. In order to commute conveniently for both my husband and I, he took a tour for us and signed the lease with this apartment. Also, this is the only one apartment in the area that allows us to live with a large dog. I would say, we are so fortunate to have this sweet home during the terrible pandemic time. After we moved in, all the amenities and equipment work so perfectly. We enjoyed the pool time, had good workout in the gym or yoga studio, enjoyed some family nights in the roof garden, the morning coffee on the first floor, as well as the dog run for our fur baby. During the COVID, a lot of amenities had to be closed. But we still can use the outdoor dining area and courtyard to have some kind of "outdoor" fun time. All the crews worked so hard to keep the community going well, including the leasing office ladies, the cleaning team and maintenance team. No matter when we need help, they helped immediately. They replied emails, or requests online super fast. We also like the mail room and locker system. We never had any one of the packages lost. The security garage gate, dog run gate, and main entry lock, keep the whole community safe. They not only keep the apartment as it, but also continue to enhance the environment. In the past two years, they painted the garage, staircase and some emergency access. They made dog run more fun with wall painting and toys. They also will update the garage with more useable parking spaces before we moved out. During the Covid, the coffee machine cannot be used due to the state law, but they provided coffee and donuts, or other snacks, couple of times on weekdays or weekends to make residents happy. This is absolutely the best apartment that we lived in. We are glad to find a new house but we are also a little bit sad to leave this community. I will miss everyone who worked there to make ONYX better and better. I highly recommend it! (Especially it has a walkable distance to the Americana shopping center!)

This community is growing and the location is an ideal place for many. I especially love the motorized screen roller shades that are installed in the loft units. Nearby restaurants are good.
