I give them a 3-stars review, because it could have been worse. One of the few places I didn't have to wait for hours. In essence this is it: - the website says they accept walk-ins, but in reality, they don't. Not this location, anyway. - the assistant didn't ask if I fasted, and I was right next to her, looking at the screen and saw that she entered into the computer "Unknown" fasting, which I then told her that I did fast, because my doctor already told me to fast. I don't understand why she didn't just ask me. - after my urine sample, I returned to the room and she was in another room chatting with a coworker. No other patients in that office at that time and no receptionist. - I was not told anything after the test, so I asked her a few questions, such as: Am I going to get a receipt now or the results at home? No. How long until their results will reach my doctor? 3 days. - They could have taken walk-ins, but it appears that they didn't want to. - a little more communication and professionalism would be better. - the doctor who sent me there didn't bother to tell me they're RIGHT THERE, minutes away, and I could have probably done it the same day. - it was easy to make the appointment online and to reschedule, if needed.

Hi five to the staff here and Walter. I made my appointment got my stuff together and prepared myself with what everything they might need to make my visit easy for everyone. So I was good. What I noticed is there were two patients, no appointment and language barrier. Loved the response of them no problem lets take care of you! See that is what I'm talking about, you can't lose that kindness to humans anymore, we need to help one another. What Walter and the other staff demonstrated was kindness to people that needed guide and help. Kuddos to y'all I will be sending my patients here only.

The building is very old, and kind of dirty. Signed up online and was sent a QR Code to scan in when arriving. The waiting room is ugly and just feels awful. No one greets you, and there is no human except for a person that will open a door and call for you. In my case, even having received a confirmation, I was never called. Had fasted 12 hours and was starving, and made to wait an additional hour to be seen. Voiced my concerns to the staff, they were really unhelpful and inauthentic with their apology for making we wait so long. Others waiting were also visibly upset with the poor service and there was a lot of customer to customer chatter about how bad the service was. Miserable, miserable, miserable experience. Wasted my time in a huge way. At other labs I have waited a maximum of 5 to 10 minutes. My experience here was a string of 4 letter expletives torture. Report card grade: F-

I did not have the best experience at this location. I waited close to half an hour for them to tell me they could only do 4 out the 6 tests my Dr. ordered. They made me pay upfront even though I have always been charged after my insurance settles the account so I pay the remainder, of course i thought i was being charged excessively. Overall I rather go somewhere else from now on.
