Brutal, avoid this place at all costs, I don't think anyone actually works here. Stood in line at the passport door for over 90min and never saw a single employee. Never was helped, everyone in line was frustrated, some had appts over 2 hrs ago and not a single person came to help. Sad place. Cool building though.

Went on a Thursday at about 10:30. There were 2 tellers and 4 people in line. I don't know where these negative reviews come from but my visit was quick. I was out of there in less than 4 minutes!! It was great! Plus, lots of street parking, right in front of the building! Will definitely come back to this post office! Very clean too!

This USPS location is HORRIBLE! Painfully long wait times, dozens of people in line, and only 1-2 extemely rude staff "working" at the counter. These staff are lazy and hard to understand, especially the old lady. We were trying to set up a passport appointment (because an appointment is required to do a passport), but the credit card terminal was unresponsive/malfunctioning. The old lady gave up and yelled to "go back in line," then took a sanity break? Don't waste your time here, do your business elsewhere! Never again.

You need to bring the original birth certificate. Both parents have to be present with their photo IDs. You can bring a passport photo or you can have it taken there. Money ($80.00 passport fee plus $35.00 execution fee). Passport fee has to be paid with check or money order.
