Doctor Chiang was fantastic. I normally don't have the greatest experience with male doctors, they try to talk over me and generally don't do a ton to make me feel better. However, Dr Chiang really heard out all of my concerns and validated me while reassuring me I would heal and gave me an informed treatment plan. Overall, they were quick to help me out. I went near close on Sunday. 5 min waiting time despite being a new patient. Clean office, you can check in online!!

Very bad experience. Recently visited for having sore throat. The doctor diagnosed with incorrect root cause. As per the doctor the condition should have improved in 3-4 days, but after taking those medicines my condition became worse than before. I started feeling feverish, having headache, vomit. I tried calling them multiple times, and they said they can't do anything about it, so visit some specialist.

Nice and clean. No appointment needed. Walking in + testing + getting the result + seeing the doctor + getting prescription. Finished within an hour. Excellent experience!!

I had an overall great experience. Dr. Kim was one of the best doctors I have ever seen. He was patient, he listened, he answered my questions. I did not feel rushed at all. I truly felt like I had received very competent and kind medical care. Sure, I had to wait a bit (maybe an hour?), but considering COVID and the strain on these professionals, it was totally reasonable. I will make this my go-to urgent care.
